RENT-TO-BUY DEAL 2026

Take advantage of our exclusive Rent-to-Buy Deal 2026. Experience the comfort and luxury of our fully furnished apartments, with the unique opportunity to purchase your apartment and truly feel at home in Limburg.

Enjoy up to 3 months with a 30% reduced rental rate (excluding GWE and service costs). Within the first 3 months, you may decide whether to purchase the apartment or house by signing the appropriate agreement.

PURCHASE OPTIONS

You may choose one of the following options alongside your rental contract:

  1. Letter of Intent to Purchase (to buy the apartment)
    This provides a rental discount for the first 3 months, of up to €250 per month.
  2. Purchase Agreement (to buy the apartment)
    This provides a rental discount for the first 3 months, up to €400 per month.

CONDITIONS

  • You will receive a rental contract for a maximum of 6 months.
  • You will also receive a written notice confirming the end of the rental contract after 6 months.
  • You will have the intention to buy the apartment

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • If you decide not to purchase the apartment, the total rental discount must be repaid at the end of the rental period.
  • Once the apartment is purchased, the rental contract will automatically end.
