If a prospective tenant expresses interest and meets the income criteria, the following documents will be requested (additional documents such as a landlord’s reference or a bank statement may also be required if necessary):
Once the required documents are received, they will be reviewed by our administration for authenticity and completeness. If necessary, additional verification may take place, such as contacting the employer or requesting further proof. Upon approval, a rental agreement will be drafted and signed by both parties.
We operate in accordance with the guidelines of the Fair Landlord Act (Articles 2 and 3) and ensure a fair and transparent selection process without discrimination, as prescribed by this law.
