  • The tenant must have a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent.
  • The minimum rental term is 12 months.

  • The three most recent pay slips.

5. Verification and Approval

Once the required documents are received, they will be reviewed by our administration for authenticity and completeness. If necessary, additional verification may take place, such as contacting the employer or requesting further proof. Upon approval, a rental agreement will be drafted and signed by both parties.
