Our service

At Expat Housing Limburg, service is a key focus. We provide amenities such as reliable and fast Wi-Fi, mobile phones, Register muncipality, cleaning, kitchen supplies, bedding and linen sets, parking space, bicycles or an E-bike, and even a car. These are a few of the many services we can provide. Our goal is to ensure that expats can enjoy their new home without any worries. We also offer the opportunity to share a furnished apartment with fellow expats or friends with our Shared Living concept.


Is there someting defective in your home? Report this to us by creating a service report via the form below. Please take care that some defectives are your own responsibility. First, please check the list below ‘minor repairs’ before asking for help. If the minor repair is mentioned on the list, the costs of the repair are on the conto of the person who is requesting the repair. It helps us if you take some pictures of the defect.

Service report

You can create a service notification by filling in our service report form. We will contact you as soon as possible and schedule an appointment.

If your report concerns an emergency, such as a burst waterpipe, gas leak or a power failure, please mention URGENT
